The Signature
The Signature at MGM Grand in Las Vegas is a luxury all-suites hotel located on the Strip. Unlike other Las Vegas hotels, the Signature combines the world class service found only in top hotels with luxurious home amenities. The Signature consists of three towers with 576 suites in each. Yes, you can! Every luxury suite is actually a privately owned fee-simple condo—a condo within a Mobile Five-Star rated hotel. How you use your condo is up to you. Many owners chose to rent their units either on their own (using for-sale-by-owner tools) or else through the MGM Grand rental program. MGM Grand is a proven hotel operator offering a professional, hassle-free program with no restrictions on personal usage. What this means is that if you chose to enter the rental program you are still free to enjoy your hotel unit and all the services offered by the hotel as often as you please.
